Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Summit Field Water Authority is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on documentation and audits for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for meter reading. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
