Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Lumen Lantern Medical is a Minneapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for complaint handling. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
