Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Fernwood Field Press is a printer and publisher in Dallas serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on documentation and audits. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for print quotes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
