Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Lumen Kestrel Press is a printer and publisher in Des Moines serving local and national clients, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer orders. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
