Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Fernwood Linden Inspection Services Group is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on documentation and audits for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
