Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Bridge Foods and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be documentation and audits. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for allergen controls. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
