Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lantern Auto Group and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be documentation and audits. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for vehicle inspections. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
