Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Redstone Cedar Farms supplies farm and food customers across the San Jose region, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for grower contracts. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
