Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Oak Farms is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on documentation and audits for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
