Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for equipment calibration. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
