Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (New Orleans, LA)

Fernwood Union Farms is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on documentation and audits for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
