Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Pine Manufacturing is a Minneapolis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for scrap and rework. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
