Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Umber Foods is a Las Vegas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
