Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Quill Foods Group and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be documentation and audits. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for ingredient orders. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
