Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Meridian Foods produces packaged foods at its Knoxville plant, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for allergen controls. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
