Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Bright Press produces print and digital publications in Hartford, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for paper stock. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
