Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Timber Medical is a Hartford company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on documentation and audits. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for complaint handling. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
