Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Cedar Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Grand Rapids, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
