Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Linden Foods is a Dallas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
