Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Chicago, IL)

Bluepeak Willow Press is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on documentation and audits for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for press runs. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
