Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Pharma Group and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for clinical studies. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
