Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Charlotte. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on documentation and audits. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for allergen controls. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
