Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Foods Group and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be documentation and audits. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
