Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on documentation and audits for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for scrap and rework. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
