Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Boston, MA)

Nova Nest Manufacturing makes precision components in Boston, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for tooling. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
