Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove River Water Authority and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for water quality. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
