Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Meadow Press is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on documentation and audits for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for paper stock. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
