Quality Inspector - corrective actions (San Jose, CA)

Lumen Pine Press is a printer and publisher in San Jose serving local and national clients, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for bindery work. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
