Quality Inspector - corrective actions (San Jose, CA)

Fernwood Granite Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its San Jose plant. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on corrective actions. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer orders. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
