Quality Inspector - corrective actions (San Diego, CA)

Summit Juniper Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Diego, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for sanitation schedules. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
