Quality Inspector - corrective actions (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Ember Manufacturing and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for scrap and rework. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
