Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Beacon Press Partners and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer orders. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
