Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Press is a printer and publisher in Birmingham serving local and national clients, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for proofing. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
