Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Auto Group is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for parts orders. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
