Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Silverline Bright Press produces print and digital publications in Boston, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for bindery work. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
