Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Harborlight Basin Foods is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for allergen controls. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
