Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Harborlight Vale Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Virginia Beach and nearby communities. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on corrective actions. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for billing accounts. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
