Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Bright Junction Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its San Diego plant. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on corrective actions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for bindery work. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
