Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Ember Manufacturing Partners and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for work orders. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
