Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova West Farms Group and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for grower contracts. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
