Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Bright Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in Madison, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would join a large organisation of about 388 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for production lots. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
