Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rook Manufacturing and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for scrap and rework. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
