Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Foods is a Fresno food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on corrective actions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for ingredient orders. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
