Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Ironwood Ashton Foods produces packaged foods at its Rochester plant, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for allergen controls. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
