Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Fernwood West Farms supplies farm and food customers across the El Paso region, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for harvest schedules. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
