Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Amber Medical is a Pittsburgh company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
