Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for tooling. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
