Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Maple Press Group and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for bindery work. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
