Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Farms and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for harvest schedules. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
