Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Farms and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for seasonal crews. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
